At Katz Wizkerz Cat Resort we'll treat your cat as if it were our own. With all the comforts of home, plenty of attention, secure havens to lap up the sun and cosy suites to relax in, you can be sure that while you're away, your cat can play.

Its stay in our boarding cattery will be like a holiday at a five-star resort.

Our three-level fully insulated suites are amply sized for the energetic, sociable cat, but also have privacy for the shy and retiring type. Each has access to its own outdoor haven, complete with hammock, ensuring plenty of fresh air when desired.

Set on three acres of landscaped gardens, Katz Wizkerz has all the appeal of a relaxing country lifestyle with plenty of birdlife to observe including Rosellas, Ibis, Swamp Hens, Lorikeets, Galahs, Cockatoos...even the occasional Wedge Tailed Eagle or Pelican soaring overhead. Guests might even spot our resident echidna.

At Katz Wizkerz, it's all about having an enjoyable holiday, with plenty of time to snooze, relax in the sun, dine in style, check out your fellow in-mates, partake of adventure sports and, most of all, be pampered.

Tammy is a beautiful Australian Mist (Abyssinian/Burmese cross) who been a regular at Katz Wizkerz since we opened. She's a very sophisticated girl who loves spending time outside.

Precious truly lives up to her name. A dear old tabby, with a few minor health problems, Precious nevertheless always has a purr on offer. Such a sweet girl...

Tigger has a face that would melt butter. A truly handsome tabby with beautiful big round eyes. He's having a wonderful time at Katz Wizkerz.

Pussa just loves to sleep all day. At Katz Wizkerz, she has a cuddly-soft bed in which she can drowse while checking out the countryside out her own window. What a wonderful vantage point from which to survey the landscape and count the birds.

Misty is a sweetheart, whose favourite time of day is mealtime. She's an independent girl who enjoys her stays at Katz Wizkerz because even though her 'siblings' Topaz and Rascal are here with her, they all have separate pens so they can have a holiday from each other.

Despite what his name might suggest, Rascal is actually a very sweet and affectionate boy. He loves head-butting Fin and getting as many cuddles as he can.

Topaz is a delightful ragdoll who loves to spend time roaming around inside the cattery and especially likes the office chair. She loves cuddles and enjoys spending time outside.

Hugo is such a handsome ragdoll. He's very playful and affectionate and is getting along well with some of his fellow boarders. He loves lounging around on the tiles in the kitchen area but also loves his hammock outside.

Richie is a beautiful old boy whose droopy orange eyes can melt your heart. This is his first visit to Katz Wizkerz and he's enjoying his stay with his 'brother' Hugo - a very handsome ragdoll.

Will is a very handsome boy who shares his home with Smoko. So he too, is enjoying a sojourn at Katz Wizkerz while their 'mum' settles in to the area.

Smoko is a pretty long-haired grey with a lovely personality. She loves being combed almost as much as she loves cuddles. She's staying at Katz Wizkerz until her 'mum' settles into her new home in Eagle Point.

Cookie spends almost as much time at Katz Wizkerz as she does at home so it's no surprise she always settles in quickly. She's a very talkative girl who loves cuddles and ensures that she gets plenty in her demurely demanding way.

Gabby is such a sweetheart and pretty as a picture. She and her 'sister' Xena love sharing the Penthouse at KW because of its spacious interior and its two outdoor havens.

Gracie is a very locquacious Siamese - as you can see, she almost always has her mouth open. She loves her visits to KW because she's always treated like royalty and just loves a captive audience to earbash. She has the sweetest nature and is a true character.

What a beautiful big boof Sydney is. He likes to feign a bad temper when he first arrives at KW, but he doesn't fool us. He's really a big softy with a heart of gold.

Gemma is a little honey - with bold black blotches. She's a very petite girl with a lovely soft coat and is enjoying her first holiday at Katz Wizkerz.

Romulus and Remus are the most handsome pair of black cats every to grace the halls of Katz Wizkerz. These beautiful, sleek brothers like everyone to know they're here and they demand attention whenever possible. Problem is, they never stay still long enough for a decent picture.

 

Rosie has enjoyed a lovely long holiday at Katz Wizkerz and is now waiting to go home. She's a dear kitty who has been a pleasure to have on board.

What a brave and tough little girl Gerry Cat is. She has survived two tiger snake bites this year, which saw her spend two long bouts at the vets and cost her owners a small fortune. She's a regular here at Katz Wizkerz and we just love her chatty nature and sweet personality.

Pip's a cute little pipsqueak who loves her snuggy bed. She's settled in very well for her first visit and was very impressed with the roast chicken Christmas dinner. 

Snow White has spent every Christmas at Katz Wizkerz since she was born and we've had great pleasure watching her grow into a beautful big boofy girl. She is, unfortately, completely deaf, but that doesn't seem to faze her in the least; just so long as we don't sneak up behind her!

What a sweetie pie Dori is. She's smoochy and cuddly and just loves attention. Even though it's her first visit to Katz Wizkerz, she settle in immediately and has made herself right at home.

Phoebe has once again endured the car trip from Melbourne to enjoy her holidays at Katz Wizkerz. After all, if her owners are holidaying at the Gippsland Lakes, why shouldn't she.

 

Wandin is enjoying her first stay with us at Katz Wizkerz. What a little honey she is - very petite with an endearing personality. She just loves her snuggle house - as well as the view out the window.

Sydney is a very endearing ginger and white boy who's a big sooky at heart. He loves to spend time outside but also relishes any attention lavished on him. He settled in very quickly for his first visit to Katz Wizkerz.

 

Jerry is a very handsome charcoal-coloured boy with undefined tabby markings in his white undercoat. He's very affectionate and would love to be cuddle all day long. He also loves his regular combs from Fin which make him purr even louder. 

Twinkletoes is as cute as a button. She's a darling little British Blue shorthair who loves her regular visits to Katz Wizkerz. She's been visiting us since she was an itty bitty kitty and she really hasn't grown up much yet. She's always a pleasure to have on board.

Oscar was very lucky to find a new family to love him after he was surrendered to East Gippsland Animal AId some time ago. Not only that he now lives with his Siamese 'sister' Patch. He loves spending time out in his haven and doesn't half like a cuddle.

Max is a pretty laid-back guy who loves to snooze all day. But he doesn't mind being woken up for a pat or some victuals. Recently diagnosed as diabetic, he makes no fuss at all about his twice-daily insulin injections. What a good boy!

Millie has been a regular at Katz Wizkerz for a long time and we always looks forward to her visits. She's a darling Burmeze Blue with beautiful green eyes. She's sassy and sophisticated, elegant and endearing.

Bailey is a very easy-going tabby with a face that would melt an icepack. He has a lovely nature and doesn't appear to have a mean bone in his body. And he just loves cuddles.

Yes, butter wouldn't melt in his mouth. What a honey Patter is. He's smoochy and chatty and always up to some mischief or another. He also has the softest coat a cat could possible have. We're so glad he spends his holidays with us.

Thomas is a very handsome grey with a charming personality. His visits to Katz Wizkerz with his 'brother' Batman are a delight for Fin and Steve, because they're such well-behaved and pleasant boys.

Billy is a very placid little Abyssinian who just loves his visits to Katz Wizkerz. He loves being combed every day and is known to drool at the prospect of a cuddle...from anyone. He's a real little honey.

Frederick is a very handsome boy with a calm and serene personality. That's not to say that he doesn't have his crazy moments when he'll decide to chase some imaginary object. Frederick comes all the way from Melbourne to stay at Katz Wizkerz because he loves it so much!

Anyone would be forgiven for thinking Remy might be deaf (common in white cats) as she miaows so loudly, but she can hear very well, especially at dinner time. She's a very smoochy girl who always enjoys her visits to Katz Wizkerz as she's a real social butterfly.

Cifa is a beautifully marked medium-haired silver tabby who definitely has a mind of her own. She loves being outside but also enjoys coming in if a cuddle or playtime is on offer.
 

Zoe is a delightful girl who never lets herself be overshadowed by her big brother Josh. She loves lounging around in her hammock.

Josh, a Norwegian Forest Cat, is a big sooky boy with a lovely personality. A diabetic, he never complains about his twice-daily insulin injections and loves to have a chat while the deed is done. He visits Katz Wizkerz with his lovely 'sister', Zoe. 

Lizzie is such a cute tabby with the longest tail you've ever seen. Lizzie was born at Katz Wizkerz so she loves to return occasionally to see Aunty Fin and to maybe get a glimpse of her mum and dad.  

Abbey is a darling old girl who loves nothing more than to snooze all day. She's a very affectionate girl who will howl voluminously when she wants a cuddle...or attention...or just to remember where she is. Now 18 years old, her memory isn't quite what it used to be.

Kitty is a typical tabby, cute, talkative, cuddly and opinionated. She's a smoocher who just loves her daily cuddles from Fin.

Raphael is a very endearing persian with an affectionate personality. He loves his visits to Katz Wizkerz and probably wishes he could come more often as he loves the meet and greet routine! We certainly enjoy his visits.

Cutie Pie is our poster girl for our Cat Havens business The Burmeze Triangle. She's such a photogenic girl. This and other pictures were taken during an earlier visit to Katz Wizkerz when she and her 'brother' Bunny had a wonderful time. She's a very affectionate little girl who still looks like a young kitty, despite now being nearly four years old. 

Lulu is a very pretty kitty, who just loves her visits to Katz Wizkerz. She likes to make herself comfortable in the front office and becomes a self-appointed reception committee. She's a smoochy girl who loves having a fuss made of her.

Merlin is a sweety pie and such a chatterbox he earned the name Jose Carreras from us as he never stopped singing. But since he's had to share his home with a little 'sister' Flossy, he's become quite aloof. But he still loves a cuddle and will occasionally give us an operatic solo.

Dusty is another regular at Katz Wizkerz and his favourite time of day is morning cleaning time when he's allowed free range inside the cattery while his pen is serviced. His favourite spots are the kitchen windowsill and the office chair, but he obviously thinks the dishrack is pretty neat too.

Marcus is another very regular visitor to Katz Wizkerz and it takes him no time at all to settle in to his second home. This handsome Scottish shorthair has the face of an angel and sometimes, the temperament to match. However, he won't be told what to do and that's that. But we love him all the same.

Even as a six-month-old kitten, Olivander was the largest cat to have ever visited Katz Wizkerz. This stunning Maine Coon (the largest breed in the world) was already bigger and heavier than many of the other boarders when he was still a baby. And yet, his nature was so placid; like a big baby tiger. His brothers Leo and Ambrose have also been guests here and may even have outranked Olivander in the big cat stakes by now! 

Raffles is one of our all-time favourite boarders; mainly because his personality is bigger than he is. A Singapura, the smallest cat breed, his antics certainly make up for his lack of size while those big, round marsupial-like eyes give him an endearing appearance. He loves a chat, loves to socialise and always makes sure he's not missing out on any action around the place. We're so glad he enjoys his holidays with us.

Savannah is a very pretty ragdoll with a very unusual personality. She loves water (to play in rather than drink), her miaow is is more like a bark and she seems content with her own company. She's always a welcome guest at Katz Wizkerz. 

Smokey is quite an aloof cat who generally prefers his own space and company. But he's a very good looking boy who doesn't seem to know how adorable he is. 

Katz Wizkerz could officially be called Sam's home away from home since he spends so much time here. And, dare we say, there's times when he seems reluctant to leave when his owner comes to collect him. He loves the cuddles, the playtime and checking out and getting to know all his fellow boarders. It's so much fun it's no surprise he doesn't want to go. 

Like his gorgeous brother Treat, Trick is so named because he was born on - you guessed it - Halloween. Trick in particular loves spending time outside in his haven at Katz Wizkerz soaking up the sunshine and watching the neighbour's chooks at play.

 
Treat is a very handsome ragdoll who loves to visit Katz Wizkerz with his brother Trick. They love their hammock and are often seen in it together. Their personalities are quite different, but both can melt our hearts with those beautiful blue eyes.

Tiffy is a very pretty miss, who feels very much at home at Katz Wizkerz since our property was her original stomping ground. She loves to come back and visit occasionally, just to see what's going on at her old home.

Rocket is a very sweet girl who doesn't really match her name. She loves being outside, but is just as comfortable snoozing inside. She's very chatty and is always interested in what's goes on around her.

Smudge is a lovely Siamese, although not entirely typical of her breed. She's quiet and undemanding and loves nothing more than a cuddle and some attention - or a nice sunny spot on the kitchen windowsill at Katz Wizkerz. She shares her space, both here and at home, with her mate Oscar. 
 

Moo is a feisty kitty who loves to get her own way. This pretty long-haired ginger and white girl loves being outside, watching the birdlife, which is in abundance at Katz Wizkerz.

Gorgeous Milo and his beautiful sister Millie, love their holidays at Katz Wizkerz. Both seem certain that they have Fin and Steve wrapped around their little fingers - just like they do at home with their own mum and dad. Milo is quite aware of just how handsome he is especially when those sapphire eyes are at their sparkliest!

Smokey is a lovely little girl who also now regards Katz Wizkerz as her home away from home. She enjoys spending time out in her haven, particularly in her own personal hammock, and loves cuddles from Fin.

Fred, an adorable British Blue, is a regular guest at Katz Wizkerz - in fact it's truly his home away from home. Any wonder he usually claims the easy chair in the front office and acts as our 'meet and greet' boarder. He's as cuddly as a teddy bear which is why Fin often calls him Fred Bear. We always look forward to his visits.

Bunny is a very sweet boy with an endearing personality. He does, however, give his little 'sister' Cutie Pie a hard time sometimes. He's a veritable chatterbox who loves getting involved in deep and meaningful discussions with Fin.
